Information about Shipping

1. Shipping Metropolitan Lima and Callao:

Our delivery time is 2-5 business days after the order is placed. This period may vary due to external factors.

The shipping cost may vary according to the district.

2. Province Shipments:

Our delivery time for the package to the agency is 1-3 business days, after payment confirmation. This period may vary due to external factors.

The shipping cost may vary according to the destination and/or agency.

Information about Changes or Returns

1. Changes:

If we accept garment changes (model, size and/or color).

In case you want to change any garment, a transportation cost will be charged, except in cases of garment failures or shipping errors by the brand.

IMPORTANT:

The garment must not have been worn. The item must be in its original condition.

No more than 07 days must have elapsed since the delivery of the order.

2. Returns:

- In case you want a refund for cases of garment failures or shipping errors by the brand, the full refund of the canceled amount will be made (including the shipping cost).

- In case you wish to return the money due to non-conformity with the garments (model, size or color), the refund of the amount paid for the garments will be made (except for the canceled transportation cost) and the collection of the garments will be coordinated .
